The Old Map can be obtained inside the City Hall building after talking to the secretary or either by checking the stand.
Chapter 3 - 2001[]
From Chapter 3, City Hall is closed but you can still obtain the Old Map at a stand in front of the entrance.
Use[]
While in the 1500 era, you can use the Old Map to see your location and points of interest around the city.
