The Hungry Man can be spotted around various restaurants for the day in Lebensbaum.

The Hungry Man can be seen at Cafe Sonne eating a plate of spaghetti.
For some reason, if you use your Cell Phone or Lighter near him it will spook him - A theory is that he is a descendant of the Town's Guard from the 1500 Era, whom Eike can scare off with his Cell Phone or Lighter in Chapter 2.
If you use the Cake nearby him, he'll tell you he's not interested.

If you visit the Bar Zum Ei, the Hungry man will once again be eating spaghetti.

When Miriam Brum is assaulted, a younger appearance of the Hungry Man will appear at the crime scene.
