The Eccentric Girl appears in the Marktplatz, when Eike interacts with he she gets very defensive about her appearance after being called strange. She remarks on the streets performers and how they gather a nice crowd.

The Eccentric Girl can be seen having a meal at the Bar Zum Ei with her friends - Bakery Owner, City Hall Secretary and Antique Shop Owner,
Chapter 6[]

She is with a group of friends checking out the poster of The Meditating Man but is soon disinterested and leaves with them, leaving Eike alone and thus allowing him to be killed by his assassin.
When Eike travels back to the 7th of February 1980 and convinces Oleg Franssen to make a more interesting movie in the future, the Eccentric Girl and her friends flock to the poster and thus stay there inadvertently protecting Eike.
